BURCHETT EQUINE CENTER
Dr. Barrow began her relationship with the Burchett Center back in 2000, as their head reproductive veterinarian even before BVS became reality. We are thrilled that it is now our permanent facility! There are multiple paddocks for turnout, barns for hospital, breeding, and rehabilitation, easy access and turnaround for trailers, and thorough supervision of all in-house cases, including overnight watch for all mares close to foaling or for hospitalized horses. Any service we offer can be performed at the Burchett Center, and we encourage you to consider us for any horse needing daily rehabilitative care or stall rest. We invite you to contact us for a facility tour or to answer any questions you may have about any of our services. 770-464-0890 |
Gated EntranceBEC is fully gated to protect all horses on the property. All paddocks have shelters & board fencing, and facilities are immaculately maintained. We do ask that all visitors please check in at our office before accessing the facility.

The Show BarnThe fully enclosed, insulated "Show Barn" boasts roomy stalls and an indoor exercise pen. There are automatic waterers, hay cribs, and a spacious treatment/wash area. Lights are on a timer to keep hair coats smooth and mares cycling.
|
The Breeding ShedThe Breeding "Shed" isn't a shed at all but a facility to itself. Non-slip mats, a collection dummy, stocks, a safe foal area, and a lab with semen counter, microscope, and semen centrifuge make breeding both safe and effective.
